Custom-made and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

• Total Time: Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Australia: Free shipping on all orders.
• International Shipping: Not currently available.

Order Tracking

Missed Deliveries

• If a package is not collected or refused, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email support@sunny-child.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Approval: Wait for confirmation before shipping back the item.
3. Return Shipment: Send the item in original condition.

Return Costs

• Change of Mind: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item and credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/custom-made items.
• Items damaged due to customer handling.
