Yes! Our products meet international safety standards, are BPA-free, non-toxic, and made from child-friendly materials.

How do I place an order?

  1. Select your product(s) and add them to your cart.
  2. Enter your shipping and payment details at checkout.
  3. Complete your order – you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?

  • Estimated Delivery (Australia): 6-10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Time: 7-12 business days from order placement.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is completely free for all orders within Australia.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is:
Unused and undamaged
In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable.

How do I request a return?

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. Wait for approval before sending the item back. We’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Send your item in its original condition.
  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
