Returns Policy

At Sunny Child, we want you to shop with confidence! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Our goal is to make the return process simple and stress-free.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Undamaged – The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or use.
  • Original Packaging – All tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase – A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

2. How to Request a Return

Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email support@sunny-child.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll confirm your return request before you send anything back.
  3. Send Your Item – Once approved, return the product in its original condition.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • If return shipping costs are not clearly stated, it may delay the processing of your return.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders? We’ll Fix It!

We carefully check every order, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@sunny-child.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you. Be sure to double-check your order details before confirming.
