2. How to Request a Return
Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps:

Send Your Item – Once approved, return the product in its original condition.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- If return shipping costs are not clearly stated, it may delay the processing of your return.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders? We’ll Fix It!
We carefully check every order, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@sunny-child.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you. Be sure to double-check your order details before confirming.
